2. Account & Subscription

• You must provide a valid email address to receive your configuration file.
• Subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial and automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your configuration file. Do not share it with others.
• One subscription is for personal use on one device unless otherwise agreed.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Accessing child exploitation material or any content that violates human rights.
• Circumventing sanctions or export control regulations.
• Reselling or redistributing our service without written permission.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Privacy & No-Logs Policy

We do not log, store, or monitor your internet traffic, browsing history, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service (email address and payment information).

5. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• You may cancel at any time by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetWireGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. GetWireGuard is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with the WireGuard project. All content on this website is owned by GetWireGuard.com.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
